Abstract
The business world has experienced various developments as a result of which economic growth has increased. This can be seen from the number of new companies that established the success of the company can be seen from the level of profitability of the company. Based on the description, this study aims to determine the effect of cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover on profitability in food and baverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses secondary data in the form of financial report data for food and baverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017. The sample used was 33 financial statements using the purposive sampling method. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the research hypothesis tested is the variable cash turnover and receivable turnover does not affect profitability. While inventory turnover has a significant effect on profitability in food and baverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2015-2017.
