Abstract

Yellowing disease is one of the diseases affecting chili pepper plants. The detection of yellowing disease in cayenne pepper plants can be performed using advanced technology-based techniques such as remote sensing. This study aims to determine the detection of yellowing virus symptoms and its accuracy in cayenne pepper cultivation fields in Pungging District through drone image analysis. The methodology employed in this research includes capturing images using drones and analyzing these images with MATLAB. The results indicate that the highest detection accuracy was achieved at a height of 3 meters, with an accuracy rate of 93%, while at 5 meters the accuracy was 92%, and at 7 meters the accuracy was 87%.
