Abstract
This study aims to test whether the growth ratio of local revenue (PAD), fiscal decentralization ratio, effectiveness ratio, and efficiency ratio affect capital expenditure in regencies/cities in East Java Province in 2020-2022. This study was conducted in regencies/cities in East Java Province because the majority of local governments allocate their capital expenditures which are still relatively low. This study uses quantitative methods. The population in this study is the regencies/cities in East Java Province in 2020-2022. This study uses saturated sampling using the entire research population of 114 samples. Hypothesis testing uses IBM SPSS Statistics software version 29. The results of this study indicate that the PAD growth ratio, fiscal decentralization ratio, effectiveness ratio, and efficiency ratio contribute to capital expenditure in regencies/cities in East Java Province in 2020-2022.
