Abstract
This study aims to test and prove empirically the effect of financial performance and environmental performance on firm value through environmental disclosure. The population in this study are manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2018-2023. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method and obtained 126 observation data. The type of data in this study is secondary data in the form of annual reports and / or sustainability reports and PROPER ratings. Data is collected using the documentation method. This research method is quantitative with data analysis techniques in the form of path analysis using the SPSS version 26 program. The results of this study indicate that financial performance has a significant positive effect on firm value, while environmental performance and environmental disclosure have no effect on firm value. Environmental performance has a significant positive effect on environmental disclosure, while financial performance has no effect on environmental disclosure. Environmental disclosure cannot mediate the effect of financial performance and environmental performance on firm value.
