Abstract

The research aims to determine the influence of workload and compensation on nurses' job satisfaction at RSUD dr. Mohamad Saleh Probolinggo City. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. Sampling used a non-probability side technique using a saturated side type. A saturated sample was used in this study because the entire population was used. The population in this study was 68 respondents, so the sample used in this study was 68 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research uses Patial Least Square (PLS). The research results show that the independent variables workload (X1) and compensation (X2) have a significant effect on the dependent variable job satisfaction (Y) of nurses at RSUD dr. Mohamad Saleh Probolinggo City. Keywords: Workload; Compensation; Job satisfaction
