Abstract
One of the factors that investors consider before making an investment is the company value as reflected by the stock price. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of dividend policy, debt policy and profitability on company value in LQ45 Index companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2023 period. This study uses a purposive sampling method and obtained 22 companies with an observation period of four years so that a total of 88 observation data were obtained. Data was obtained from annual reports and financial reports obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the official websites of related companies. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 25 application program. The results of this study indicate that Debt Policy (DER) and Profitability (ROA) have a positive effect on Company Value (PBV). While Dividend Policy (DPR) has no effect on Company Value (PBV).
