Abstract
Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan Neraca Massa pada unit Reaksi terkhusus pada alat Premixer, Digester 1, Digester 2, Vacuum Cooler, Seal Tank, dan Pan Filter diperoleh hasil neraca massa setiap alat berturut turut1.258.684,45; 1.292.394,45; 2.291.002,95; 1.808.050; 1.783.320; 508.880 kg/jam. Keluaran unit Pan Filter mengalami losses tertinggi mencapai lebih dari 70%. Hal terebut bisa dikarenakan kandungan dari Phosphate Rock yang menghasilkan banyak cake dibandingkan asam fosfat yang terbentuk.
