Abstract
Aluminum Ammonium Sulfate which has another name is Ammonium Alum Dodecahydrate is a compound that is widely used in the chemical industry. In the chemical industry, this compound is used as a raw material for the pharmaceutical industry, as a water purifier, for silk weighting in the textile industry, and as a raw material making deodorant. In making this Aluminum Ammonium Sulfate Crystallization method is used, because the process is the most efficient and effective, Apart from that, the yield and purity of the product obtained is quite high. Establishment Aluminum Ammonium Sulfate Factory with Aluminum Sulfate and raw materials Ammonium Sulfate with a crystallization process which has a capacity of 50000 tons/year established in the Gresik Industrial Area, Gresik Regency, Java Province East. This factory will be established using a 24 continuous operating system hours with 330 working days with 172 employees. Raw material manufacture of Aluminum Ammonium Sulfate is 81% Aluminum Sulfate obtained from PT Liku Telaga Gresik and 99% Ammonium Sulfate obtained from PT. Petrokimia, Gresik.
