Abstract
In a business, an identity is needed. In addition to functioning as identification, corporate identity is also used to convey information about the company. Because the logo of Sago coffee is not consistent and does not match its character, in this final project a new logo design for Sago coffee is designed. The results of the study stated that the old logo did not represent the business of sago coffee products and could not visualize the product. The new logo of the sago coffee product is the result of processing typography and images from sago coffee. The pictures here are taken as product icons, namely coffee, mountain and cup icons. The processed coffee is picked directly from the fields around the slopes of Mount Sago, Lima Puluh Kota Regency, coffee products can be enjoyed with a cup of drink. Logo is a symbol that is used to become the identity of a company. This design uses the IDU (Identitas Benefit, Delivery Benefit, Unique Selling Proposition) analysis method. Therefore, in this design it will be highlighted through verbal messages, and applied to print media in the form of packaging designs for sago coffee products, posters, banners, business cards as supporting media. All of these parts are part of the process of redesigning the Sago coffee logo. Keywords Redesign of Sago Coffee Product Logo
