Abstract

Gypsum Factory from Calcite Stone and Sulfuric Acid with Calcination Process with a capacity of 100,000 tons/year will be established in JIIPE Gresik Industrial Area, Jalan Raya Manyar KM 11 Manyarejo, Manyar Sido Rukun, Kec. Manyar, Gresik Regency, East Java. This Gypsum Factory uses a continuous operating system for 24 hours a day with 330 working days and 149 employees. This factory uses raw materials of Calcite Stone obtained from PT. Saribumi Sidayu, and Sulfuric Acid from PT. Petrokima Gresik located in Gresik City. The resulting product is gypsum or calcium carbonate dihydrate 91%. Gypsum can be used in various industries.
