Abstract
Irrigation is an important factor in supporting and increasing agricultural production. For the smooth running of irrigation in Mojomanis village, awareness is needed from farmers to pay irrigation service fees. The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of farmers in Mojomanis Village, analyze the value of willingness to pay farmers for irrigation services, and analyze the factors that affect farmers in paying for irrigation services. The analysis tools used in this study are descriptive analysis, contingent valuation method, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that 1) farmers in this study are generally elderly with dominated by male farmers, the level of education of the majority of farmers is only elementary school level, the experience of farming farmers is generally 31-40 years, the land area owned by farmers is generally 0.17 hectares, the average arable land of farmers is their own and the income of farmers is classified as moderate. 2) the average value of willingness to pay (EWTP) of all respondents who are willing to pay for irrigation services/Pump Rental is included in the high category and the total value of willingness to pay (TWTP) for all respondent farmers is also quite high. 3) factors that significantly affect the willingness to pay (WTP) farmers are variable number of family dependents, land area, and income.
