Abstract
Javanese script is a content of local culture of high value which is now generally replaced by Latin letters because it is considered more efficient. That's why this design was created; so that the culture of the archipelago can be reappointed and promote tourism on the island of Java, especially East Java, Central Java and the Special Region of Yogyakarta which have many cultural tourism destinations. The design of this typeface is made with a decorative type, it does not necessarily eliminate the characteristics possessed by the Javanese script itself; namely sturdy, curved, and dynamic. This design is expected to add to the essence of the Javanese script in the form of Latin letters, with the result being a font called Adyatama. The results of the typeface are expected to be used for various needs and distributed by utilizing online and offline media so that they can be accessed easily, especially in the era of digital, written language has become a communication medium through smartphones. help convey positive messages quickly and precisely in providing information in all matters.
