Abstract
This study aims to analyze the online learning process, the supporting factors, and the inhibiting factors for teachers in carrying out online learning during the covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted on teachers at Amanah Islamic Kindergarten Serang in April 2021. This study used a descriptive qualitative research type. The subjects used in this study were PAUD teachers at Amanah Islamic Kindergarten Serang. Data collection techniques used in this study were in the form of training, open questionnaires, interviews, documentation, and field notes. The result of this research is that the COVID-19 pandemic has had a huge impact on the learning process, learning that is usually carried out in person is now being shifted to online learning. Students feel bored while carrying out learning. Online learning conducted for PAUD age children is considered less effective. The results showed that the online learning media used were not designed properly because of the ability of teachers who did not have talent in designing creative learning media for students.
