Abstract
Stock returns are the profits that investors get from owning shares in a company. This research aims to analyze the effect of profitability and leverage on stock returns with company size as a moderating variable in health sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2023 period. The population in this study were all health sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Sampling used purposive sampling technique and obtained 14 companies. The data analysis technique uses Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The research results show that profitability has a contribution to stock returns, leverage has no contribution to stock returns, company size has a contribution in moderating the relationship between profitability and stock returns but has no contribution in moderating the relationship between leverage and stock returns of health sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
