Abstract

The development of technology is increasing, especially in the field of cellular technology greatly influencing human life now. One mobile technology that is developing rapidly is a smartphone. Smarthphone is a must-have item for everyone in the world. Almost everyone in the world uses smartphones in their daily lives. They became very successful with this smartphone. With that, there are many applications that make it easy for humans. Almost all human activities are helped by the presence of applications on their smartphones. To be approved, this research was made. This research makes an website journal that is used to obtain training registration and certification. With this website it is expected to make it easier for registrants and implementers to be more efficient. This website will be made with PHP version 7 as the programming language.
