Abstract
Kualitas Laporan Keuangan Menjadi Dasar Penting Bagi Pihak-pihak Pengambilan Keputusan Yang Terkait Dengan Perusahaan.Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk Mendapatkan Bukti Empiris Tentang Hubungan Antara Kualitas Pelaporan Keuangan ,Risiko Litigasi, Dan Perlindungan Investor . Penelitian Ini Menggunakan Sampel Perusahaan Yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2015 -2017 Yang Diperoleh Dengan Metode Purposive Sampling Berdasarkan Kreteria Tertentu Total Sampel Akhir Yang Di Gunakan Dalam Penelitian Ini Adalah 88 Perusahaan Analisis Teknis Yang Digunakan Dalam Penelitian ini adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda.Hasil Uji Stastistik Menunjukan Bahwa Risiko Litigasi Penelitian Berpengaruh Postif Signifikan Terhadap Discretionary Accruals , Sedangkan Perlindungan Investor Tidak Mempengaruhi Kualitas Pelaporan Keuangan. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Laporan Keuangan , Risiko Litigasi Dan Perlindungan Investor
