Abstract
This research aims to determine the implementation of cessation of prosecution for criminal acts of narcotics abuse based on restorative justice at the Mojokerto Regency District Prosecutor's Office. This type of research uses empirical juridical. Legal materials come from primary legal materials through observations and interviews as well as secondary legal materials through document studies. The results of the research show that the application of terminating prosecution for criminal acts of narcotics abuse based on restorative justice at the Mojokerto Regency District Prosecutor's Office is in accordance with Guideline Number 18 of 2021 concerning the Settlement of Handling of Criminal Cases of Narcotics Abuse through Rehabilitation with a Restorative Justice Approach as Implementation of the Prosecutor's Dominus Litis Principle. However, there are still obstacles in its implementation that can finally be overcome by making various efforts to deal with it.
