Abstract

The garlic plant is a type of vegetable plant that has various benefits, ranging from cooking ingredients, basic ingredients for the food industry, to medicinal ingredients. Garlic contains sulfur compounds and a chemical called allicin, which gives garlic its bitter taste and distinctive aroma. This research was carried out in Sajen Village, Pacet District, Mojokerto, in January-May 2024. A two-factor factorial experiment was carried out in the RPT in RAK in this research. Phonska NPK fertilizer dosage for subplots: control (0 kg/ha), 400 kg/ha, 600 kg/ha, and 800 kg/ha; main plot of silica fertilizer concentration: control (0 g/L), 5 g/L, 10 g/L, and 15 g/L. The variance and BNJ of 5% of the data were examined. The combination of a silica fertilizer concentration of 0 g/L and a Phonska NPK fertilizer rate of 800 kg/ha produced very different best results in increasing garlic yields, according to research findings. However, although Phonska NPK fertilizer did not have a significant effect, a single concentration of 0 g/L silica affected leaf width and generative growth
