Abstract
The research aims to analyze the influence of experiential marketing and Customer Relationship Management on customer loyalty at Pit-Stop Kopi PPS which shows a decrease in income. The sample in this research was 60 PPS Pit-Stop Coffee customers who made repeat purchases at least twice a month. The statistical data will be analyzed by SEM-PLS. The research results show that experiential marketing and Customer Relationship Management are able to explain the customer loyalty variable at Pit-Stop Kopi PPS by 76.9%, experiential marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at Pit-Stop Kopi PPS. And Customer Relationship Management has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at Pit-Stop Kopi PPS Keywords: Experiential Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Loyalty
