Abstract
The development of information technology is currently very rapid, almost every activity or human activity is supported by computers, one of which is libraries. Through the iLamongan digital library application, it will be one way to provide broad, easy and fast access to information to increase understanding of the people of Lamongan City. The transformation of digital services certainly has a different experience from physical libraries, including the notification bar and bookmark features which are still not optimal in the iLamongan application. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the factors that influence user acceptance of iLamongan application based on the UTAUT model. This thesis uses a sampling technique in the form of random sampling with the total research sample including 286 pupils and students who use the iLamongan application in the city of Lamongan. Testing in this thesis uses SPSS techniques and SmartPLS software. The results of the thesis show that the social influence variable, facilitating conditions, user innovation, and intention to use have a significant influence on the acceptance of the iLamongan application. Meanwhile, the performance expectancy, effort expectancy and service mobility variables have no effect significant impact on the acceptance of the iLamongan application. This thesis is expected to provide knowledge and insight into the factors that influence user acceptance of the iLamongan application.
