Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of financial literacy, self-control, and income on the financial well-being of working women in Surabaya. The population of this study were working women in Surabaya totaling 632,797 people. The sample of this study used a type of Non Probability Sampling with Purposive Sampling technique to get 100 samples using the Slovin formula. The analysis technique and hypothesis testing in this study used Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS 4.1.0.4 software. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy, self-control, and income have a significant positive effect on financial well-being in working women in Surabaya.
