Abstract

PT. Petrochemicals is seeing growing difficulties in its supply chain system. Supply Chain Risk Management evaluation can be conducted using many methodologies. Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) is a process that involves identifying, evaluating and reducing risks that have the potential to disrupt the smooth operation of the supply chain, including the movement of goods and services. This research combines previous studies using a hybrid approach known as the Best Worst Method (BWM), Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM), and House of Risk (HoR). The House of Risk (HoR) method is used to identify listed risk agents by assessing the importance of preventive actions and selecting priority actions. ISM methodology is used in this research to build a structural framework to examine the contextual relationships between risk elements in a company's supply chain. 1. From the results of the weighting of the ranking of factors that support agility and resilience in facing risks that arise in the supply chain using the Best Worst Method, namely in first place, namely process integration with an average of 0.320. This organization experienced many dangers, with a total of 20 risk events generated by 30 risk agents across the Planning, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Shipping and Return stages. Based on the Pareto diagram concept, there are 11 risk agents that require mitigation priorities. Of the 10 risks identified, 1 risk is classified in the dependent category and the rest are in the autonomous sector. Among the 11 main risk factors, the factor with the highest ARP value is expected to be a benchmark in overcoming several dangers that arise in the company's supply chain. This research has studied and produced mitigation measures to avoid production losses, lost time, and reduced quality due to hazards that could hinder the achievement of company goals.
