Abstract
The reason of this study is to evaluate and demonstrate the impact of financial performance variables (X2) and good governance variables (X1) on financial value (Y). The subjects of this study include 36 public companies in the transportation industry that are active and listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange between 2018 and 2022. The sample selection adopts purposive sampling, and 21 companies meet the research requirements. The research analysis is carried out using the partial least squares (PLS) method using the SmartPLS 3.0 software testing tool. The results of this study show that while financial success increases company value, good corporate governance also increases company value.
