Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of personality factors, leadership, and work environment on the digital skills of Government Internal Supervision Apparatus in East Java Province. The population of this study is the Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus in East Java Province totaling 1056 auditors. The sample of this study used a type of Non Probability Sampling with Purposive Sampling technique to get 100 samples. The analysis technique and hypothesis testing in this study used Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of WarpPLS 8.0 software. The results of this study indicate that personality factors, leadership, and work environment have a significant positive effect on the digital skills of Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus in East Java Province.
