Abstract

Teaching campus program Force 4 is one of the programs under the auspices of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia, namely Merdeka Belajar. This teaching campus Program is expected to bring a big impact on the world of Education in Indonesia. The campus teaching program of Batch 4 has been going on for 5 months which consists of one month of debriefing and 4 months of assignment. The teaching campus team of SD Negeri 2 Clering located in Donorojo district, Jepara Regency consists of 5 people who come from different backgrounds of campus study programs. In this program, students have a responsibility to improve their character and increase their interest in learning, especially during literacy and numeracy. In addition to helping in terms of teaching and learning literacy and numeracy, the teaching campus team of SD Negeri 2 Clering is also directly involved in helping technology adaptation and helping school administration which can provide a positive response from both the principal, giri, and students. The result of this program is the achievement of all program goals and plans, one of which is the improvement of literacy and numeracy in Grades 1-5, the implementation of AKM, helping manage library administration, and improving understanding of technology and the introduction of microsoft word to students. This report not only contains the entire campus program emngajar, but this report also contains input and suggestions that hapannya can bring changes to the next campus teaching program.
