Abstract
The study aims to examine the influence of return on equity, net profit margin, debt equity ratio, price earnings ratio, and audit opinions on stock prices. The study applies a quantitative approach to analyse the population of technology companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2020 to 2023. The employed analytical technique is double linear regression analysis, utilising the SPSS version 25 software utility. The sample comprised 18 technology sector companies that satisfied specific criteria, selected through purposive sampling techniques, resulting in a total of 72 samples analysed. The results indicate that the return on equity (ROE), price earnings ratio (PER), and audit opinions have a significant impact on the stock price. However, the net profit margin (NPM) and debt equity ratio (DER) do not have a significant impact on the share price.
