Abstract
Methods/systems in the field of construction are developing every year, so that in planning a construction building can choose the most economical, effective, and efficient method to be applied. One of them is the casting implementation method which can be done by conventional methods (cast in situ) and precast methods (precast). In this study, the object reviewed is the Kasih Ibu Surakarta Hospital Construction Project, where the method of implementing the floor plate casting work uses the cast in situ method which will later be a comparative analysis between the cast in situ method and the half slab precast method in terms of time and cost. This study uses data in the form of shop drawing, RAB, AHSP, and labor force data to be the basis for the analysis between the two methods. The results of the comparative analysis of the cast in situ method and the half slab precast method in terms of time and cost obtained results for the cast in situ method plate took 129.26 days at a cost of Rp 11,200,040,000, while for the half slab precast method plate it took 108.89 days at a cost of Rp 8,898,330,000. The results of the comparison from the time and cost analysis that have been carried out, it can be concluded that using the half slab precast method can shorten the duration of the implementation by 20.89 days and can reduce the cost by Rp 2,301,710,000 compared to the cast in situ method.
