Abstract
Loket.com is a platform that offers a superior Ticketing Management Service (TMS) technology to support all event organizers from ticket distribution to management. Some users interviewed found the application to be user-friendly. However, the payment system within the application caused some difficulty for those unfamiliar with e-ticketing payment systems. The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the Behavioral Intention of Loket.com users residing in Surabaya towards the application. This thesis uses the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model with seven variables: performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating condition, usage satisfaction, trust, and behavioral intention. The sample was taken using Non-Probability sampling with a Purposive Sampling technique. The number of samples in this thesis is 400 Loket.com users residing in Surabaya. The data obtained were then analyzed using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS 3 software. The results of this study indicate that the performance expectancy variable has a positive and significant effect on usage satisfaction. Additionally, the performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating condition variables have a positive and significant effect on trust. Furthermore, the usage satisfaction and trust variables have a positive and significant effect on the behavioral intention variable, which is a person's intention to use a technology in the future.
