Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of company characteristics with the variable size of the company (size), leverage, profitability, and company listing age on the Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure (CSRD) in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2019. This type of research is an explanatory study with a quantitative approach. This study uses secondary data, namely annual reports and sustainability reports. The total population in this study was 9 companies and the research sample was data from 9 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013- 2019 with a total sampling technique. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the simultaneous test, it shows that the size of the company (size), leverage, profitability, and company listing age have a significant effect on the Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure (CSRD). Based on the results of the partial test conducted, leverage shows a significant positive effect on Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure (CSRD). Meanwhile, the variable company size (size), profitability, and company listing age had no significant effect on the Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure (CSRD).
