Abstract

MSIB is part of the Independent Campus program which aims to provide space for students to gain experience in the professional world. There are many partners who contribute to the MBKM program, one of which is PT Petrokimia Gresik. PT Petrokimia Gresik is the most complete fertilizer producer in Indonesia which produces various kinds of fertilizers and chemicals for agro-industrial solutions. To produce quality products, of course, machines are needed that are always operational properly. The existence of the Reliability department functions to maintain factory reliability. Reliability is tasked with creating a maintenance plan to plan scheduled maintenance work so that it can be anticipated damage to the machine. Making the Maintenance Plan itself is done in SAP software, which then on a predetermined schedule will serve as a reminder for executors to carry out the maintenance work. However, before creating a maintenance plan, there is some data that needs to be created and prepared first, such as an Asset Register related to a list of equipment in the factory according to its functional location and also a Task List or Maintenance List that has been created previously that will be carried out. Based on the results of the SAP ERP implementation, the Plant Maintenance Module in the maintenance plan creation process requires high accuracy because the data is quite diverse and the procedures must be coherent. Therefore, the author has prepared Work Instructions (IK) related to this Maintenance Plan as a future guide for the relevant staff.
