Abstract
Thisstudi aimsto determine the effect of compensation, work environment and work discipline on employee work productivity at CV Arya Jaya Mandiri Surabaya. This studi uses the independent variable (X) namely Compensation (X1), Work Environment (X2) and Work Discipline (X3) and the dependent variable (Y) Employee Productivity. The population in this study were all human resources of CV Arya Jaya Mandiri totaling 30 employees. The sampling technique uses saturated samples found in Non Probability Sampling so that the entire population is sampled. The method used in this study is multiple linier regression analysis. The results of data analysis and hypothesis testing of this study indicate that there are two variables that partially affect employee productivity. Employees, namely compensation variables, while simultaneously compensation, work environment and work discipline have a significant effect on employee productivity.
