Abstract

The role of human resources has a very big role in achieving company goals, as well as the role of labor at PT. Petrokimia Gresik, especially Factory 1 PT. Petrokimia Gresik as the main key in achieving company goals. So it is very important to increase labor productivity by paying attention to the elements that make up labor productivity. vii The research objective was to analyze the influence of Company Effectiveness and Personal Effectiveness through Work Commitment to Labor Productivity of PT. Petrokimia Gresik. The variables used consist of exogenous variables, namely Company Effectiveness (X1) and Personal Effectiveness (X2), moderator variables, namely Work Commitment (Z) and endogenous variables, namely Labor Productivity (Y). Data analysis uses Path Analysis, which contains multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study workers in factory one,techniques using random sampling,and data collection techniques using questionnaires. Based on the results of data analysis, taken from Company Effectiveness, Personal Effectiveness, Work Commitment directly has a significant effect on labor productivity and Company Effectiveness, Personal Effectiveness indirectly through moderator variables has a significant effect on labor productivity, this is evidenced by using the F test and test t. The research conclusion states that the hypothesis Hi is accepted and Ho is rejected. Keywords: Company Effectiveness, Personal Effectiveness, Work Commitment, Labor Productivity
