Abstract
This study aims to determine the availability of production inputs and analyze the factors that affect excelsa coffee production in Carangwulung Village, Wonosalam District, Jombang Regency, how the availability of inputs to excelsa coffee production, what factors affect excelsa coffee production. The sampling method in this study used simple random sampling techniques to 36 respondents. Data analysis used is quantitative descriptive analysis using cobbdouglass production function, T-test, F-test, and Test of Goodness of Fit. The results showed that the availability of inputs can not necessarily have a real effect in the production of excelsa coffee in Carangwulung Village, Wonosalam Subdistrict, Jombang Regency.
