Abstract
ABSTRACK Eggplant (Solanum melongena L.) is one type of fruit vegetable that is widely popular among the community and has an increasing level of demand. This research aims to determine the effect of combinations paclobutrazol concentration and dosage of Organic Liquid Fertilizer of Eichhornia crassipes for growth and yield of eggplant. The research was carried out on Desember 2020-March 2021 at Cangaan village, Kanor District, Bojonegoro, East Java. This research used a Divided Plot Design (RPT) with two factors, namely the paclobutrazol concentration as a sub-plot and dosage of Organic Liquid Fertilizer of Eichhornia crassipes as the main plot with 16 treatment combinations that were repeated 3 times. Paclobutrazol concentration consists of 4 levels, namely P0 (0 ppm), P1 (125 ppm), P2 (150 ppm) and P3 (175 ppm), while the dosage of Organic Liquid Fertilizer of Eichhornia crassipes consists of 4 levels, namely E0 (30 g/plant NPK) as control, E1 (200 ml/plant), E2 (300 ml/plant) and E3 (400 ml/plant). The result showed that the combination of paclobutrazol concentration and dosage of Organic Liquid Fertilizer of Eichhornia crassipes had a significant effect on fruits number at plot, total of fruits number at plot, fruit weight at plot and total of fruit weight at plot. Combination 150 ppm of paclobutrazol concentration and 300 ml/plant of dose of Organic Liquid Fertilizer of Eichhornia crassipes (P2E2) showed the best result.
