Abstract

This research aims to determine, describe and analyze the effectiveness of the integrated licensing service information system (SIPPADU) in the Sidoarjo Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Service (DPMPTSP). The focus of this research is the effectiveness of SIPPADU services using five focus of program effectiveness according to Sutrisno (2007) including understanding the program, right on target, on time, achievement of goals, and real change. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection techniques through interviews, documentation, observation. The research results show that the five focus of program effectiveness, namely program understanding, right on target, on time, achievement of program goals, and real changes have been carried out effectively. However, in its implementation, there are still obstacles such as server down and incomplete NPWP requirements. All deficiencies, problems and obstacles in implementing the SIPPADU application can be resolved properly.
