Abstract
Subsidized fuel is fuel oil that is assisted by the government through the use of State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN) funds. This study aims to determine, describe and analyze the Effectiveness of the MyPertamina Application Program at the 54.651.05 Tlogomas Gas Station, Malang City. The focus of this research is Program Effectiveness by using four main aspects including Program Target Accuracy, Program Socialization, Program Objectives, and Program Monitoring. This research uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive in nature. Data were analyzed through interview techniques, documentation and direct field observation. The results showed that the Effectiveness of the Right Subsidy Program on the MyPertamina Application at Tlogomas Gas Station 54.651.05 Malang City was effective according to the goals that had been set. In terms of program targeting accuracy, SPBU 54.651.05 is on target to select customers who are entitled to subsidized fuel through regulations that have been made. In the aspect of program socialization, SPBU 54.651.05 provides regular socialization through posters, brochures and direct delivery. In terms of program objectives, the SPBU 54.651.05 has achieved the stated program objectives because many customers have registered their vehicles. The aspect of monitoring the subsidy program is appropriate by evaluating employees who operate pumping machines. Keywords: Effectiveness, fuel subsidies, MyPertamina
