Abstract
Sidoarjo Regency is one of the areas in East Java Province with the highest number of violence against women in East Java Province. In an effort to minimize the number of violence and provide protection to women victims of this violence, this study aims to describe and analyze the Implementation of Policies for Implementing Protection Female Victims of Sexual Violence in Sidoarjo Regency. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with a focus on implementation theory analysis proposed by Grindle, namely policy content and policy context. Sources of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. In this study, the validity test used was the credibility test (increasing accuracy in research, triangulation, and using reference materials), dependability test, and confirmability test. The results of this study found that the content of the policy and the context of the policy in protecting women victims of sexual violence in Sidoarjo Regency can be said to be optimal and carried out in accordance with the content of the policy and the context that has been determined. So that overall the implementation of policies to protect women victims of sexual violence in Sidoarjo Regency has been carried out properly and optimally. Then it can also be recommended that there is a need for continuous outreach regarding technical complaints and the importance of reporting acts of sexual violence so that victims do not feel afraid and embarrassed to make complaints.
