Abstract
To achieve the success of regional autonomy goals, regional governments must be able to manage the potential resources in their regions efficiently and effectively so that they can provide good regional financial performance results. This research aims to examine the influence of General Allocation Funds, Capital Expenditures, and SILPA on the Financial Performance of Regency/City Regional Governments in East Java Province. The scope of this research is the Regency/City Regional Government Budget Realization Report in East Java Province for 2018-2022 using quantitative methods and emphasizing the variables of General Allocation Funds, Capital Expenditures, SILPA, and Regional Government Financial Performance. The analysis of this research hypothesis was processed using the SPSS 25 program. Meanwhile, the analytical method used to test the hypothesis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research are (1) DAU has a significant negative effect on the Financial Performance of Regency/City Regional Governments in East Java Province. (2) Capital Expenditures have a significant positive effect on the Financial Performance of Regency/City Regional Governments in East Java Province. (3) SILPA has no effect on the Financial Performance of Regency/City Regional Governments in East Java Province.
