Abstract

In all areas of life, information is generally needed to help organizational structures become more efficient and effective. In this digital era, the management process of the Indonesian Hockey Federation (FHI) Gresik Regency currently still does not provide a web-based information system and is carried out manually so that if there are problems with facilities or services experienced by coaches, administrators or athletes, these problems will take a long time to be addressed. Based on these problems, research in this final assignment, the author will create an INTEGRATED SYSTEM DESIGN OF THE INDONESIAN HOCKEY FEDERATION (FHI) GRESIK DISTRICT. The design of this information system in the research was developed using the PHP language with the Laravel framework with the waterfall method and profile matching method. For testing, the black box method and system usability scale (SUS) are used. The results of Blackbox Testing and the system can implement all business processes that have been previously designed. The system usability scale (SUS) in the Gresik Regency FHI Integrated System is also appropriate, because based on testing, this system has reached the acceptable range with a grade scale of C and is in the good category with a score of 79.8.
