Abstract
Dating is a relationship between two people of the opposite gender who are mutually attracted to each other which is based on certain feelings based on a period of approach between two people of the opposite gender to get to know each other's personal strengths and weaknesses. So it can be concluded that dating aims to build each other up, get to know each other, support each other, love each other, protect each other and respect each other. But in reality, not everyone can feel this way, quite a few have experienced cases of violence in a relationship for certain reasons. This will actually cause discomfort for one of the parties, even to the point of experiencing violence, both physical and psychological. This act of domination and control is often called a toxic relationship A toxic relationship is a relationship where there is behavior that is considered bad from one of the partners in the relationship which can affect a person's physical and psychological health. There are many factors underlying the occurrence of a toxic relationship. In some cases, there are couples who still find it very difficult to identify that they are in a toxic relationship, this is because they think that is proof of love, without realizing that what is happening and what they are experiencing is a form of dating violence. However, there are still many people who experience the characteristics of a toxic relationship, for example mental and physical exhaustion, possessive partner actions and many others. Apart from that, there are still respondents who are unable to get out of a toxic relationship and tend to hesitate in choosing steps to avoid this self-destructive thing. They hesitate to believe that there is hope that things will get better. This is the main focus and motivation for the author to create a project entitled "WISH" using media in the form of 2D animated videos.
