Abstract

Environmental pollution due to soap and detergent waste is a serious problem. Of course, this is a common problem that requires a solution. Apart from endangering the environment, the chemicals contained in conventional products can have a bad impact on health. Public awareness is important to start making small changes to preserve the environment. Demibumi is a social business that operates in the environmental sector and can carry out commercial campaigns by educating the public through its environmentally friendly lerak soap products. Lerak is a fruit that contains saponin, which functions to produce foam, so it can be used as a multi-purpose cleaning agent. Through data collection methods such as interviews with related parties, experts, and consumers, questionnaires, and observations, this commercial campaign design uses a communication strategy approach through education in promoting its products as a solution to problems. Through this commercial campaign, it is hoped that it can increase brand awareness and also educate the public about reducing environmental damage caused by soap and detergent waste.
