Abstract
The lack of application of technology at Sakinah Mojokerto Islamic Hospital in daily activities can cause inefficiency and effectiveness in carrying out activities in the environment. For this reason, technology is needed that can support in helping activities in agencies or companies, such as at the Sakinah Mojokerto Islamic Hospital. One of them can support to help radiology patient registration activities because it is still done manually. With this desktop-based Radiology Registration Application, it is hoped that it can become a medium to help existing services at Sakinah Mojokerto Hospital, especially the radiology unit and make it easier for users who will use this radiology service. Radiology Registration Application is a desktop-based service that uses Visual Basic programming language with MySql database designed to be easily applied in the radiology unit at Sakinah Mojokerto Islamic Hospital to overcome existing service problems.
