Abstract

In this digital era, schools not only function as places to deliver learning materials, but also as complex entities that manage student data, resources, finances, and many other aspects that influence the quality of education. Enterprise Information Systems have become a very important tool in supporting management and efficiency in various sectors, including in the world of education. SDIT Al Hidayah Sumenep is one of the private schools in Sumenep district that has not yet implemented an enterprise information system. Departing from these problems, the research in this final assignment will create a school management enterprise information system design at SDIT AL-HIDAYAH Sumenep. The enterprise information system design in the research was developed using the PHP language with the Laravel framework using the waterfall method and continued with Blackbox Testing and User Acceptance Testing. The results of Blackbox Testing and the system can implement all business processes that have been previously designed. Furthermore, with the UAT (User Acceptance test) testing process with a percentage result of 90.34% with very good criteria, it can be concluded that the School Management Enterprise Information System makes the school management process easier, faster and more efficient.
