Abstract
Education serves as a primary pillar in the development of human resources, continually evolving alongside advancements in the times. In the context of education, English language learning holds a significant role. However, the process of learning English often faces challenges, including low student motivation. This study explores the use of gamification integrated with ChatGPT as an innovative solution capable of enhancing student motivation and making learning more engaging and effective. By adapting previously proposed methodologies, this web-based application was developed using Laravel and tested using the Likert scale. The testing yielded a fairly good average result of 83%, with a user score increase of 15.68%. The results of this study contribute positively to efforts to improve the quality of English language learning in Indonesia, particularly at the junior high school level.
