Abstract
This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing and proving the influence of apparatus competency, community participation and internal control on accountability in managing village funds (case study in Waru District, Sidoarjo Regency). The research method used is a quantitative method with a primary data approach and quantitative survey research. Analysis of the data taken is inferential statistics. To see the relationship between the independent and dependent variables, a partial least squares (PLS) test was carried out. In this study, data analysis used the Smart PLS 3.2.8 statistical application software. Hypothesis test results shows that the variables of apparatus competency and community participation have no effect on the accountability of village fund management in the sub-district Waru. Meanwhile, internal control variables influence the accountability of village fund management in Waru District.
