Abstract
This study examines the discourse analysis of sensuality in the content of Sakura School Simulator on YouTube which is being consumed in the surrounding environment, especially among children under the age of 18+. This research aims to find out the discourse of sensuality in Sakura School Simulator gameplay content. The use of sensuality on the YouTube platform is an interesting phenomenon to research considering the many negative responses from audiences on YouTube. This research analyses digital discourse using the critical discourse analysis method with the Rodney H. Jones model. Data collection techniques were carried out with documentation studies and non-participant observation on Sakura School Simulator content on It's Nelfa's YouTube channel. The analysis technique used uses Rodney H. Jones' theory which consists of text components, context, interaction and ideology. The results of this study revealed that the content produced by It's Nelfa contained elements of sensuality. The context element that is built shows that this sensuality content is sensational content as a strategy to gain engagement. Furthermore, the interactions generated there are pros and cons in the comments column. So it can be seen that the ideology of content production in It's Nelfa's YouTube channel is a form of hyperreality and commodification of sensuality content creativity Keywords: Digital Discourse Analysis, Sensuality, Sakura School Simulator YouTube Content
