Abstract
ABSTRACT Since the implementation of regional autonomy in Indonesia, villages have been given autonomy rights so that villages can develop the potential that exists in the village. So it is necessary to strengthen village institutions, be it from the village government or other village institutions. BUMDes is present as a local economic institution by utilizing various types of potential owned by the village. Pilanggede Village is one of the villages that has a village economic institution named BUMDesa Pilanggede Gemilang. The BUMDes have succeeded in building a tourist village destination. The development of the tourist village is named the Taman Pinggir Gawan Tourism Village (TPG) which presents the characteristic beauty of the Bengawan Solo River panorama. However, behind the beauty of the panorama, the Solo River becomes a river prone to flooding when the rainy season arrives. So that the BUMDes of Pilanggede make efforts to minimize the impact of the disaster and also to maintain the existence of a tourist village. The purpose of the study was to find out how the BUMDes strategy in the development of the TPG tourist village, Pilanggede Village, Balen District, Bojonegoro Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by describing the facts that occur in the field. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation. The results of the study indicate that in the process of developing a tourist village, several programs have been designed. The program includes the first, establishing the image of tourism by adding new vehicles by utilizing vacant land, and also highlighting the village's superior products that will be sold at TPG, increasing the quality and number of employees through character building, training and comparative studies, as well as evaluation. which is carried out twice a month, the quality of human resources through training, the third environmental management strategy is carried out through the construction of embankments as flood prevention and also conducting environmental analysis. The fourth is by carrying out promotional activities through social media and also organizing events at TPG and participating in events outside the region which are also promotional events.
