Abstract
ABSTRACT SITI IKOMALIA, 1442010068, STRATEGI PADA WARUNG BAKSO “POJOK” DI TENGGILIS LAMA-SURABAYA Bakso "Pojok" is a meatball produced by Warung Bakso "corner", this SME is located at Jalan Tenggilis Lama 3 no 36 Surabaya. The population in this researcher is the owner, 5 employees and 10 consumers Warung Bakso "Pojok". The purpose of this study is to know and analyze business strategies that can be used by Warung Bakso "Pojok" in overcoming the weaknesses and threats that have by relying on the strengths and opportunities available. Qualitative research method with descriptive approach and using SWOT table analysis tool IFAS and EFAS. The result of analysis of Warung Bakso "Pojok" is in quadrant 1 (one) that is where this situation is very profitable. Warung Bakso "Pojok" has the opportunity and strength, to be able to run its business. The strategy to be applied under these conditions is to support an aggressive growth policy (growth-oriented strategy). Strategy that can be applied is to keep the price of the products sold can still compete, maintain cooperation with suppliers and low-cost, provide quality services to consumers to increase sales increase promotional activities to the broader brand products can be better known to consumers Keywords: Swot Analysis And Business Strategy
