Abstract

Global threats do not only come from armed conflict, but also from dangers that spread beyond national borders, such as the spread of deadly and uncontrolled diseases, namely HIV/AIDS. The HIV/AIDS epidemic that has occurred in countries around the world has become a global health threat that must be overcome. In overcoming this, UNAIDS created an initiative program, namely the fast-track strategy, with the aim of achieving the 90-90-90 target by 2020. One of the countries that has implemented this initiative program is Zimbabwe in 2015. Implementing the fast-track strategy requires cooperation and collaboration from various parties, namely international organizations, government organizations and non-governmental organizations. Based on this, this research discusses the UNAIDS fast-track strategy collaboration and the implementation of the fast-track strategy program in Zimbabwe through the Zimbabwe National HIV and AIDS Strategic Plan III (ZNASP III). The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of the UNAIDS fast-track strategy program in Zimbabwe in 2015-2020. The data collection technique in this research uses secondary data with qualitative analysis techniques. The type of research used is descriptive research based on accurate facts. The result of this research is that the implementation of the UNAIDS fast-track strategy in Zimbabwe has succeeded in bringing Zimbabwe to achieve the 90-90-90 target in 2020, so that Zimbabwe can continue to the next stage to achieve the 95-95-95 target in 2030.
