Abstract
The Ministry of Communication and Information Technology is one of the ministries in the Indonesian government that have representatives in each province called the Java Communications and Information Office Timur (Kominfo) is currently in charge of building applications, one of which is is the Komeji e-commerce system, this new system is still available some bugs in the implementation, but at the Kominfo Office itself feels development method which when using waterfall project management, in inappropriate feeling. Re-engineering (reverse engineering) and product backlog creation will be the method used in this study, reverse engineering Here we focus on the transaction process of the Komeji system. Use a model-based design approach that aims to build object models systems that use UML and DBMS standards derived through existing system listings. System documentation, namely software required specifications (SRS), then it will be continued as a work proposal framework, and here it will be using Agile project management with the Scrum method used on the stage of creating a product backlog, The results obtained from this documentation serve as a developer guide process changes to the system transaction processes required in maintenance and development of the commeji system and product backlog results can be become a reference for implementing the Scrun Method during System Development made by the Office of the Office of Communication and Information Technology of East Java.
